These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.sajfrt.be or in the SAJFRT boutique located in Brussels, Belgium.
By placing an order or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SAJFRT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before each purchase.
PRODUCTS _
Each SAJFRT piece is handcrafted in Belgium using precious metals sourced from certified Belgian suppliers.
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in shape, finish or dimension may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and value of each piece.
All jewelry is either available in limited editions, made to order, or on request for bespoke commissions. Once sold out, items will not be reproduced.
PRICING & PAYMENT _
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, and wire transfer.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be requested for all bespoke or made-to-order pieces to confirm the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY _
SAJFRT ships worldwide using insured and trackable services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the item’s production status (in stock or made to order). Estimated lead times will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES _
Due to the made-to-order and collectible nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Any issues must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Each piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the rare event of a fault, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion.

All content on this website—including photographs, text, designs, and logos—is the property of SAJFRT and protected under international copyright and trademark law.
No content may be used, copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
LIABILITY _
SAJFRT cannot be held liable for any damages—direct or indirect—resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
